(in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any

any rights that may exist in such content. You also acknowledge that UTMedia
is not obliged to publish any material submitted by you.
Official Competition Entry Rules:
No purchase and no online entry necessary. You must
be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for this competition. If you are
under 18 years of age you must have parental permission to enter. To enter,
follow the instructions given on the competition page. You will be asked to
provide your first and last name, mailing address and email address and to download
the JustCompetitions contextual software. You may also be asked to answer optional
questions; however, they need not be answered in order to be eligible for the
competition.

mutilated entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions
that may occur. Illegible, unintelligible, incomplete, mutilated or garbled
entries will be disqualified. No copies, automated entries (including but not
limited to entries made using any script, macro, or sweepstakes service), facsimiles
or mechanical reproductions will be accepted.
Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail
address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder"
is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet
Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business,
educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses
for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entries must be
submitted by the contestant. If the winning entry is an Internet or other computer
entry, potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsors with proof that
the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated
with the winning entry.
Eligibility: Competition are open to legal residents of the
United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, unless
parental permission is granted.
General Conditions: This competition is governed by the laws
of the UK, without regard to the conflicts of law provisions therein. All federal,
state and local laws and regulations apply and this competition is void where
prohibited. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prize package are the sole responsibility
of the prize winner. Prize winner will be notified within fourteen (14) days
after drawing date.
Conduct: By entering this competition, you agree to be bound
by these Official Rules. Entrants further agree to be bound by the decisions
of the judges which are final and binding in all respects. UTMedia reserve the
right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering
with the entry process or the operation of the game or website; to be acting
in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or
disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other
person.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY
DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE COMPETITION
